You will have to bear with me for a little while as I am getting used to a new camera
Clouser Minnow Hook:*4 Partridge Sea Prince Threads Olive 6/0 and Invisible mending(or very fine nylon) Eyes: Rainy's b&w Dumbell Middle: Olive Chrystal Flash Wings: white and Olive Bucktail
Step 1 set hook in vice and tie in dumbell eyes on top of hookshank using Invisible mending( I find I can get more pressure using this than when using normal tying thread) give whippings a liberal coat of Varnish.

Step 2 Attach Olive thread and tie in a bunch of Olive Chrystal Flash BEHIND the eye.
![[image] [image]](http://i852.photobucket.com/albums/ab83/pintail_01/Flies%20and%20tying/ClouserSBSB.jpg)
Step 3 Tie in a bunch of White Bucktail on top of the hook(because the eyes are on the top of the hook it will swim with the point up so that it doesn't snag the bottom) ![[image] [image]](http://i852.photobucket.com/albums/ab83/pintail_01/Flies%20and%20tying/ClouserSBSC.jpg)
Step 4 Turn the hook over in the vice and tie in a bunch of Olive Bucktail

Finished Fly Give the head and thread at least 3 coats of varnish , I use "Sally Hansons Hard as Nails" which Clare will know about but not many of you others

Aren't Polar Bears an endangered species? Having said that I'm sure I have some lurking in a dark reccess in my flytying shed , will have look and see what it ties like , not sure about the colours though.

Tried the Polar Bear fur but couldn't get it to tie in right so went through the sysnthetic materials I have and came up with this.
