great elite there Billy,my mate Tratty has got one and swears by it,he's had it out in some real rough seas too,,,,,,roomy cockpit,big tankwell and they are not slow to paddle ;)bet that rudder comes in handy too

got to be the best all-rounder out of the O.K. fleet [image] (in my humble opinion of course)


wonder if they have a rod pod version planned ???I know that the day Lozz put a rod pod in his Scupper that pics were sent directly to OK new zealand where the sptws and elites are made and they were VERY impressed ;)

we normally get a few new models around Aug/Sept,,,,,,,,,,,wonder what they'll be this year [image]

;D alright richi ....havent been in her yet, but tried lozz s trident
and was impressed by the o.k yaks , a pleasure to paddle...tracks well , [ with rudded deployed] av got to say ..a miss not havin the pod in the elite, still happy to have it and
now ive got ma pimpin head on ..nu hummer 787 as you do , extended scottys ..and im off to do with both hands :o :o
in the wet stuff, and am sure the lendal will be a big change
fae the hobie paddle.....
hoping to get down to orford /aldeburgh tmoz night, reports
of decent size cod about 8-)

if your sayin the elite s ok ,then
thats testiment enough for me, ive heard all the p13,p15 elite pro s n cons....at the end of the day richi there all good !

at a guestimate a thousand is about right assuming you get a yak at around 450 maybe 500
rest is on essential equipment to safety
minimum and youll be spending a year topping that up i assure you :D
then youll have to get rod mounts and fishfinders gps etc so 1500 is not to unreasonable a quote
